Delete Your Taply Retail POS Account

Taply Retail POS users can permanently delete their account and associated store data from inside the app or by contacting support.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Taply Retail POS and sign in.
  2. Go to More, then Legal & Privacy.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the warning dialog to permanently delete the account.

The app deletes your authentication account, store memberships, owned stores, products, orders, customer records, and related business data connected to that account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@taplypos.com from the email address used for your Taply Retail POS account and include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

We may need to verify account ownership before deleting data requested by email.

Data retention

Account and store data is deleted when the request is completed. We may retain records only where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.
