Your questions, answered.

Which plan includes QuickBooks Online?

QuickBooks Online integration is included with Ultra and Enterprise. Your QuickBooks subscription is separate. Connect your company and review account mapping before posting journals.

What does the QuickBooks Online workflow include?

Connect a company, review the chart of accounts, map sales-journal categories, configure a daily posting routine and review posting history. Company access and account mapping are required before real posting.

Can I review account mapping with my bookkeeper?

Yes. Review the destination for sales, tax, tips, refunds and other required journal roles with the person responsible for your books. The names shown in the website example are illustrative.

Can daily journals be posted on a schedule?

The workflow includes manual business-day posting and configured daily posting. Confirm the business time zone, posting hour, access and review responsibilities for your restaurant.

How do I know what needs attention?

Review posting history and the status of each business day. Connection or mapping issues need review before the affected day can be posted successfully.

Does this handle tax filing or tax payments?

The integration supports the bookkeeping workflow through sales journals. It does not file returns or pay taxes. Your bookkeeper or accountant determines how the records should be used.

Does the website connect to my QuickBooks company?

No. This page contains an illustrated workflow with a fictional company. Selecting an account or routine here does not authorize a company, save settings or send a journal.

What about another accounting package?

This page describes the QuickBooks Online workflow. Bring the name and version of your accounting package to the walkthrough so the team can review the appropriate connection or export.

What should I bring to a setup conversation?

Bring the business structure, the accounting company you use, the person responsible for the books and a sample of the reporting you need. Review access and mapping before the first business-day posting.
