Does Mailchimp preserve customer opt-outs?
Yes. The Mailchimp connection syncs consenting customers and their tags while preserving opt-outs. Review the connected audience and customer consent as part of setup.
Does Google Calendar sync changes back to Taply?
Google Calendar uses exported calendar files for shifts and reservations. Import those files into your chosen calendar. It is not a two-way sync, and edits in Google Calendar do not change the Taply schedule or reservation.
How are Google Reviews and Yelp used on receipts?
Google Reviews adds a review link and QR code through Receipt Builder. Yelp adds your business-page link and a “Find us on Yelp” receipt QR.
Which receipt printers can I connect?
Explore Star Micronics, Epson, VOLCORA AirPrint and compatible network or Bluetooth receipt printers. Confirm the exact model, device and connection method for your setup.
Do I need a separate provider account?
Many connections require a provider account, restaurant or merchant approval, and setup specific to your location. Review the exact provider, region, plan and fees before activation.
Are Taply Floor and the kitchen display third-party integrations?
They are parts of the Taply Restaurant product family. Explore their dedicated pages to see the connected service workflow, device requirements and plan details.
Does connecting QuickBooks file my taxes?
No. The accounting workflow brings mapped daily journals into QuickBooks Online. Your bookkeeper or accountant remains responsible for their use, reconciliation and tax filing.
Can I use another delivery, accounting or messaging service?
Bring the exact service and the workflow you need to a walkthrough. Availability, supported data and setup requirements need to be confirmed for that connection.
How do I discuss a custom integration?
Start with the integration partner page. Describe the systems involved, which records need to move, who owns them and the review or recovery process. The partner form is for an inquiry, not instant API access.
