How it fits your day

Mailchimp,
with a clear purpose.

Bring consenting restaurant customers and their tags into Mailchimp. Keep your guest communication organized around the choices customers have made.

What it does

  • Sync customers who have consented to marketing.
  • Carry customer tags into the connected audience.
  • Preserve opt-outs when customer information is synced.

For your setup

$10/month/location for the Taply connector, included in Enterprise. Connect your restaurant’s own Mailchimp account; Mailchimp subscription and sending fees are separate. Activation required. Existing opt-outs stay respected.

From a guest visit to a relevant message.

Choose the right audience

Use the Mailchimp audience your restaurant manages. Decide how tags will describe useful groups, such as a location or a guest preference, before connecting. A recognizable naming convention makes it easier for your team to choose the correct audience when preparing a campaign.

Keep consent with the customer

Only consenting customers belong in a marketing sync. An emailed receipt or a completed order is not, by itself, permission to send promotions. Preserve existing opt-outs, and review consent status before using a newly synced segment for an announcement or offer.

Plan both subscriptions

The Taply connector is $10 per month per location and is included in Enterprise; activation is required. Your Mailchimp plan and sending charges are separate. Bring the audience name, location list and account owner to your setup conversation, without sharing a password in the inquiry.
