Content permissions
2D Data Solutions LLC operates Taply POS. Taply content and third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Merchants must have permission to upload and use product photos, menus, logos and other content. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to Taply.
We may restrict infringing content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A copyright footer or attribution alone does not grant permission to reuse a work.
Credits and licenses

Report a copyright concern
Email support@taplypos.com with the original work, the exact Taply page or content location, your contact details and the basis for your concern. For a formal notice, include your signature, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury.
If your upload is removed by mistake, reply to the removal notice to request review and counter-notice instructions. Notices may be shared with affected parties as necessary to assess and respond to the claim. Do not include unrelated personal information.
The U.S. Copyright Office explains formal notices and counter-notices. A general support contact does not by itself establish designated-agent registration or eligibility for a legal safe harbor.
