Product discovery

The catalog stays close to the counter.

Create the catalog around the way staff actually sell, then give them several fast paths to the right item.

  • Organize products with categories, photos, SKUs, primary barcodes and alternate barcodes.
  • Use camera scanning or a compatible USB or Bluetooth scanner, with search as a dependable fallback.
  • Capture an unrecognized code for manager review, then assign it as a product barcode for the next scan.
  • Show clear package names, price, stock context and age-restricted status at the register.

Basket and tender

A sale can be simple without being limited.

Cashiers can handle an ordinary basket quickly while managers keep the controls needed for discounts, customers and specialized products.

  • Adjust quantity, add notes, attach a customer and hold or resume the sale.

Operational depth

General retail stays fast. Stores with stricter products can turn on the controls they need without forcing those rules onto every merchant.

Card acceptance depends on an eligible device, a supported reader where applicable, network conditions and approved merchant setup. Offline cash support does not imply offline card acceptance.
