A confident start at every counter

Support the people behind each store.

Growth adds new teams, product ranges and opening routines. Give each location a clear setup, then connect the group around the information it needs.

  • Prepare the catalog. Review the items, barcodes and selling units used at each location.
  • Know the team. Confirm store responsibilities, staff access and training needs.
  • Keep the daily rhythm. Walk through opening, receiving, checkout and the business-day review.
  • Plan the equipment. Check the devices and connections proposed for every counter.

Organization reporting

Step back. See how the stores add up.

Run a sales rollup for the organization over a chosen date range. Review the group totals and the individual stores behind them.

  • Choose the period. Use the same reporting range when reviewing the store group.
  • Review the totals. See net sales, order count, refunds, tax and average sale.
  • Look location by location. Compare the store rows to understand how each contributes to the group.
  • Keep the detail close. Use the individual store’s reporting for its day-to-day review.

Product copying

Give the next store a familiar starting point.

Copy a selected product from the current store to other stores in the organization. Review the destination items as part of your catalog setup.

  • Start with one product. Choose the item whose details you want to share.
  • Choose the stores. Review the locations that should receive that product.
  • Check existing records. Matching names or barcodes can update existing products, so review those matches before proceeding.
  • Keep stock separate. Product copying does not mean stock has moved between stores.

Organization membership

Give each person the right view of the group.

Review organization membership alongside each store’s staff setup. Decide who operates the stores and who needs the group’s reporting view.

  • Owner and admin. Plan the people responsible for the organization and its store operations.
  • Reporting members. Give reporting responsibilities a defined place in the group.
  • Store staff. Review the roles, permissions and everyday responsibilities at each location.
  • Stay current. Include access changes in your joiner, mover and leaver routine.

A few useful details

Your questions,
answered.

Have a specific setup in mind?

Talk it through with Taply
Can Taply Retail group multiple stores?

Taply Retail includes an Organizations workspace for connected stores, membership, group sales rollups and selected-product copying. Confirm organization configuration, plan eligibility and the proposed setup for your locations with the Retail team.

Which figures are included in group sales reporting?

The organization sales rollup accepts a date range and shows net sales, order count, refunds, tax and average sale. A store-by-store table provides the figures behind the group totals. It is a requested reporting view, not a promise of continuously live consolidated data.

Does copying a product also move stock?

No. The product-copying workflow shares a selected product’s details with destination stores. An existing name or barcode match may update the destination record. Physical stock transfers, replenishment and inventory reconciliation must be reviewed separately for your setup.

Can customers and gift cards be shared across every store?

Do not assume customer history, loyalty balances or gift cards are shared across locations. Bring your cross-store requirements to the walkthrough so their supported scope and configuration can be confirmed.

How is multi-store software priced?

Retail software is priced per location. The final proposal should identify each store, plan, register and required equipment, along with any organization setup. Use the Retail pricing page as a starting point and request an itemized quote.

Where do owners and administrators sign in?

Use the Taply Retail owner and admin login destination. Organization membership and store access need to be configured for the account; this marketing website does not create or grant that access.
