A better shift review

Start with the record. Add the context.

The dashboard derives intervals from served orders’ placed and updated timestamps. Later changes can affect those intervals, so review the records alongside your team’s account of the shift.

  • Choose today, the last seven days or 30 days
  • Keep timestamp limitations visible in the review
  • Use the findings to guide a practical team discussion

The working details

A few things to know.

Is this a live course-firing system?

This page describes the owner dashboard’s speed-of-service reporting. It does not claim automated course firing, live service pacing recommendations or the same feature set as another provider’s pacing product.

How are the displayed intervals calculated?

The current dashboard uses placed and updated timestamps from served-order records. That is a reporting interval, not a separately measured kitchen preparation time. Later updates to a record can affect the result.

Which periods can I review?

The dashboard offers today, the last seven days and the last 30 days. Its current query is limited to 2,000 served-order records in the selected period, so confirm reporting coverage for a high-volume location.

Which plan includes this reporting?

Speed-of-service reporting is part of advanced analytics on Ultra and Enterprise. Dedicated kitchen display also requires Ultra or Enterprise and compatible equipment.
