A FEW WORKING DETAILS

Questions about breweries?

Is Taply a brewing-production system?

This page covers the taproom’s restaurant service. Brewing batches, excise records, keg telemetry and production planning are not confirmed Taply Restaurant capabilities. Keep those requirements separate when reviewing the setup.

Can I show different drink sizes and choices?

Pro and higher include menu modifiers. Bring examples of your pours, sizes, flights and pricing rules to the demo so the team can walk through the required configuration. Do not assume flight construction or automatic keg depletion is included.

Can servers take orders away from the main counter?

Taply Floor is available with Ultra and Enterprise. Review supported devices, connectivity and your service area during setup, especially for patios or outdoor seating.

How much does the Restaurant hardware cost?

The POS essentials kit is $595 once and includes an 11-inch iPad (A16), 128GB, a counter stand, a white Volcora receipt printer and a Stripe M2 reader. The Bring your iPad kit is $295 with a compatible existing iPad. Software, processing, tax and shipping are separate; exact equipment and connections are confirmed in your quote.

How do I plan a switch from my current system?

Bring your menu, device models, current reports and a representative order to the demo. Agree the data scope, equipment, account setup and training plan with Taply before selecting a launch date. Keep access to records you must retain and rehearse the complete service routine before switching.

Where can owners sign in or get help?

Use the Restaurant owner-login link for the published product portal. For help, use the Restaurant help center or email support@taplypos.com. Include your product and a description of the issue without sending passwords or payment-card details.
