THE DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

See the day. Understand the handoff.

01

List the booking rules.

Describe tee intervals, course configurations, member access, guest rules and changes to a booking. Identify the existing system that owns that schedule and the staff who maintain it.

02

Map the clubhouse handoff.

Write down what the pro shop needs to know when a player arrives. Keep merchandise sales, food orders and course charges distinct in the requirements until a provider confirms the supported connection.

03

Verify the complete example.

Ask the relevant course-software provider to demonstrate a normal booking, a cancellation and an unexpected arrival. Discuss any POS handoff with both providers before assuming that it exists.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Know what sits behind the experience.

Is this a dedicated Taply Golf application?

These pages help golf facilities evaluate Taply Restaurant for food service and Taply Retail for merchandise. A dedicated tee sheet, membership platform, golf booking engine or Golf owner account is not confirmed by these pages.

Does the interactive example make a real booking or transaction?

No. Planning illustrations use a fictional course and stay on this page. Actual Taply interface captures use demonstration data. No booking, order, payment or campaign is submitted.

Where can current owners sign in?

Use the portal for your product: Restaurant owner login or Retail owner login. Course software keeps its own account unless a specific connection has been agreed.

How do we review equipment, pricing and integrations?

Start with the relevant Restaurant or Retail product page, then ask for an itemized proposal for your facility. List course charges, member accounts and connections separately so every requirement can be confirmed.
